I began the transition process with Phase II in December 2013. Having obtained a detailed practice valuation, it was comforting to know I was in better shape than I originally thought. I continued to practice and do well for two more full years. In Spring 2016, I asked Dr. Lynne Gerlach to start looking for a suitable buyer. She graciously vetted potential buyers - the very first candidate presented was the right one for my practice. Phase II helped me understand the entire process and gave advice along the way. Dr. Gerlach and Jerri Grant were very attentive to the details and so pleasant to talk with. They made me comfortable and took care of the details.
